PassiveWater Stream Rock Smashing Fist

PassiveCosmic Fear Mode

Each of Garu's attacks and skills fills his Cosmic Fear gauge by 5%, and each hit he takes fills it by 10%. At 100% he enters Cosmic Fear Mode for 10 seconds: +40% Damage, +20% attack speed and his attacks and skills also deal 40% Damage to every enemy within 8 studs of the target. Then the gauge empties.
