Curses Tier List:

Domain Amp: Best Buffer Curse, Use it on any Dmg Buffers/Units that don't deal that much dmg and has a lot of buffs in their kit.

Heavenly Restriction: Best DPS Curse right now, barely any units use Diamond as a trait to enable crit so the downside barely matters.

Six Eyes: Second Best Buffer Curse, Really good on Subaru or units that debuff according to unit range. Use when ur main Buffer has Domain Amp

Comedian: Infinite Tower GOAT, you need stun on ur units or you won't clear because mobs get too high DMG

Cursed Speech: Same as comedian, a bit worse because if you are debuffing you want to attack faster.

Ratio Technique: Average 1.26x dmg on Big Bosses if you don't target switch. Otherwise If you switch every hit, it's very bad. GOOD FOR INFINTE TOWER.

Blood Manipulation: It's okay, ratio Technique is better.

Idle Transfiguration: I think this one is only good if you one shot the mobs. but if you already one shot the mobs with ultimate, then the other mobs were going to die anyways so what's the point?

Binding Vow: Units move around too sporadically for this to be good.

Black Flash: ~7.1 - ~13% less dps because of stun and unit attacks 0.5-0.75 seconds

Cursed Womb: ~0% dps loss at 0.88 second attack interval. ~2.25% dps loss at 0.75 second attack interval because you reset the timer and not add more rot to the enemy + you can only have one rot.
